Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Accounts are personal to you and should not be shared.

You agree not to:

• Use Debtfree.NG for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
• Use the service to harass any person or organisation

Debtfree.NG provides tools to record and organise debts, record repayments, build a repayment plan, plan a budget, view a Debt Freedom Score and Financial Health Score, run debt-escape simulations, review loan-safety information, use the AI Coach, prepare harassment-defense documents, and refer others. These tools are informational and organisational. See our Financial Disclaimer.

• Premium costs ₦1,999 per month.
• Premium features are unlocked only while your account holds valid Premium access, which is confirmed on our servers.
• You may also pay ₦1,999 directly for Premium instead of starting a trial.

• New eligible accounts may start a 3-day Premium trial.
• A valid card is required to start the trial. A small refundable card-authorisation charge is used to confirm the card, and no ₦1,999 subscription charge is made during the trial.
• When the 3 days end, the ₦1,999/month subscription begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• The trial is available once per account.
• Cancelling stops future billing; Premium access continues until the end of the paid period already covered.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paystack. Card details are entered on Paystack’s checkout and are not stored by Debtfree.NG. Your use of Paystack is also subject to Paystack’s own terms. If a recurring payment fails, Premium access may be paused until payment succeeds.

Any refund request is handled on a case-by-case basis. Email debtfreeng@gmail.com and we will review it.

• Each account receives a referral link.
• A referral reward of ₦500 applies when a person who signed up through your link makes a successful non-trial Premium payment.
• Signups, link clicks and trial starts alone do not qualify for a reward.
• You may not refer yourself or create accounts to generate rewards.
• We may withhold rewards obtained through fraud or abuse and may change or end the programme, with notice on this page.

• The AI Coach is a Premium feature powered by Google Gemini through the Lovable AI Gateway.
• Responses are informational and educational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• Responses are not legal, financial, investment, lending, credit or tax advice.
• AI conversations are not stored in our database.
• Always verify important information before acting on it.

You own the information you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — calculations, plans, scores and documents reflect the information you supply.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, is used unlawfully, or puts the service or other users at risk.

Debtfree.NG’s name, logo, design, content and software are owned by Debtfree.NG Technology Limited. You may not copy, resell or create derivative products from the service without written permission.

We aim to keep Debtfree.NG available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream provider issues or events outside our control may affect availability. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Debtfree.NG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for financial decisions you make based on information provided by the platform.

We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
